i was missing several autotools bits for cf-php-fpm service for init.d scripts. try again deb12arm-hub |

tested on a debian-13-arm container and the upgrade worked except for ENT-12727 which is where cf-php-fpm isn't stopped properly during an upgrade. I have taken that ticket and will see if I can find a fix. I don't think it blocks this PR or the related core PR. |
